Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for scheduled appointments. We try very hard to accommodate each patient’s individual needs for a timely appointment to fill their busy schedules.
Should you need to cancel your appointment or if you are not able to be on time for your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible. Your cooperation enables us to increase our efficiency and maximize our time treating our valued patients. If we know you can’t make your appointment, we can offer another patient the opportunity to be called on short notice to start or continue their dental treatment.
We realize emergencies do happen, but cannot over emphasize our appreciation to our valued patients for keeping to their scheduled appointment. We respectfully request at least 2 Business Days notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Failure to give 2 Business Days notice may result in a financial charge to your account. Also, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be rescheduled.
Accepted Payment Policy
In addition to cash or checks, we gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. On treatment plans totaling over $2,500.00, a 5% bookkeeper’s discount is offered if payment is made in full on the total treatment plan before the first appointment is scheduled. This offer is not available after the first appointment is made, on sedation dentistry procedures, or when using third party financing.
Care Credit info:
We are pleased to offer full financing for your dental treatment through Care Credit (www.carecredit.com, www.carecredit.com/direct or 800-365-8296). If you are interested in financing options, please ask our staff and we will be happy to provide you with the information for this program. You must apply for care credit in advance of your appointment and will need to present your Care Credit card at the time of your scheduled procedure.
