The community design, amenities, and services are tailored to make life easier, more social, and more enjoyable for residents in this stage of life.
Do digital X-Rays hurt?
Not at all. Digital X-rays are quick, painless, and non-invasive. A small, thin sensor is gently placed inside your mouth to capture images in seconds. There’s no discomfort beyond briefly holding the sensor in place, and no invasive procedures are involved.
How often do I need dental X-Rays?
One of the biggest perks of The Retreat is its low-maintenance lifestyle. The HOA covers exterior upkeep, lawn care, landscaping, and the maintenance of common areas. This means you can spend less time worrying about chores and more time enjoying life, traveling, entertaining family, or simply relaxing in your new home.
Can digital X-Rays detect cavities early?
All remaining homes must be sold by October 1st. After this date, the community will be completely sold out. This is your final opportunity to own a home at The Retreat at Western Branch. Once the inventory is gone, no new homes will be available here.
